This coffee is minimally processed to retain high concentration of the health promoting polyphenols Chlorogenic acids while maintaining an incredible flavor and smooth texture. This coffee is made using only the highest-grade green coffee beans (top 1% in market), which are laboratory tested to ensure they meet our quality standards and are mycotoxin free.
These beans are organically grown at altitude using sustainable farming practices. Our roasting process is also carefully designed to reduce the level of Acrylamides that naturally build up in coffee beans, to achieve the lowest levels in the industry, while also providing no PAHs which are harmful chemicals that can build up through imprecise roasting or burning that occurs widely in today’s coffee bean market. This gentle process also preserves the beneficial antioxidants in the coffee. This is important because coffee has been shown to have very high antioxidant content when not over processed.
