Pierce film around label to vent.
Microwave on high 4.5 minutes and until meal reaches internal temperature of 165°F.

Remove meal from tray and place each side of the tray in separate sauté pans over medium high heat, stirring constantly. After 1 minute, add 1 tbsp of water to each pan, continue to stir and cook for a total of 1.5 minutes until meal reaches internal temperature of 165°F. Plate and enjoy!
