All meal choices will need to be selected by Tuesday 11:59pm EST from your account the week prior to delivery.

We ship our meals and products on Mondays. If you place an order before Tuesday at 11:59 PM EST, you can expect your meal kit to ship the following week. If your order is placed after that time you can expect delivery the subsequent week. Exact shipping times are dictated by your local carrier. For shipping details, see our Shipping Policy page.

We have carefully designed sustainable packaging to ensure your box arrives with all ingredients at the appropriate temperature. Our boxes contain ice packs and a specially designed thermal liner that allows us to maintain a desired temperature during shipping. This packaging is regularly tested across various temperature zones and seasons. This may require adjustments to packaging as the season progresses.

Boxes are delivered within 24-48 hours of shipment. We advise that you place all perishable items in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon delivery due to the perishable nature of this food.

All changes to meals must be made prior to Tuesday at 4pm EDT to reflect in the next week's delivery. Your Customer Service representative can provide you with an individualized link so you can order your own meals each week if desired.

Our meals are shipped fresh for top quality consumption. Because of the fresh nature of our meals, they typically have an expiration date 5-6 days post-delivery, depending on your delivery date.

If you are unable to consume your meals by the expiration date, store them in the freezer within 3-4 days of receipt; please, be sure to thaw overnight in the refrigerator before heating. Do not refreeze any foods left outside the refrigerator longer than 2 hours or 1 hour in temperatures above 90 °F.

We take great pride in sourcing our products from specialty suppliers to ensure you're getting the purest food possible. We use organic ingredients when possible and always non-GMO.

Our meals follow national guidelines for sodium restrictions. We limit to 650mg or less per meal for our standard meals and 500mg or less for our lower sodium meals.
