Coffee Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brewed coffee 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup cauliflower, frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 serving collagen powder

Instructions:

  1. In a high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. Makes 1 smoothie.
