It's Mocktail Time!

Cucumber Ginger Mint Mocktail:
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, chopped
- 4 cups of water
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup lime juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 piece of ginger, grated
How to Prepare:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place a strainer over a pitcher and pour the liquid through to remove any clumps.
- Serve with more fresh mint and cucumber and enjoy!
Watermelon & Lime Mocktail:
Ingredients:
- 1 whole watermelon, chopped
- 2 whole limes, juiced
- 2 cups of soda water
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar or honey
- About 10 mint leaves.
How to Prepare:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour liquid into a pitcher and add more soda water if preferred thinner consistency.
- Garnish with mint and lime, serve and enjoy!
Blackberry Lemon Mocktail:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 1 cup of water
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup of sugar or honey
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 container of seltzer
- Mint for garnish
How to Prepare:
- Add blackberries into a saucepan over medium heat and smash them until they are all mashed.
- Add the water, lemon and sugar and bring the pot to a simmer.
- Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a pitcher and let cool in the refrigerator.
- Once cooled, serve over ice and add in seltzer and garnish, enjoy!
