Mango Lassi

Yield: 2 cups
  • 1 cup chopped mango (can be fresh, frozen, or canned mango pulp)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (can be dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup milk (can be dairy-free)
  • 4 tsp honey (can use stevia/other sweetener of choice to taste)
  • Dash of ground cardamom
  • (Optional) ice
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
