Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped mango (can be fresh, frozen, or canned mango pulp)

1 cup plain yogurt (can be dairy-free)

1/2 cup milk (can be dairy-free)

4 tsp honey (can use stevia/other sweetener of choice to taste)

Dash of ground cardamom

(Optional) ice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
