- 2 small zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups of fresh basil
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cut the zucchini into chunks. Steam the chunks over boiling water for about 3-4 minutes.
- Place the zucchini, garlic, basil, tahini and salt into a food processor and process until blended.
- Serve over zoodles (zucchini noodles), pasta, or anything of your choice.
