Oil Free Pesto

Do you need a simple recipe that can be used in various ways? Try this oil free pesto! It can be added to protein sources, pasta, vegetables and more!



  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups of fresh basil
  • 2 Tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Cut the zucchini into chunks. Steam the chunks over boiling water for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Place the zucchini, garlic, basil, tahini and salt into a food processor and process until blended.
  3. Serve over zoodles (zucchini noodles), pasta, or anything of your choice.
  4. Enjoy!
