Three Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • Kidney beans (15-ounce can), drained and rinsed
  • White beans (15-ounce can), drained and rinsed
  • Green beans (15-ounce can), drained and rinsed
  • Wax beans (15-ounce can), drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 white onion, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Drain and rinse all of the canned beans.
  2. Thinly slice the onions, and finely chop the parsley.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, white vinegar, maple syrup, dill, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add in the beans, onions, and parsley and mix all together until evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour and then enjoy!
