Vegan Queso

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 4 ounce canned green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add in all ingredients and blend on the highest speed until it becomes a creamy mixture.
  2. Use it as a dip, sauce, etc.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
