Honey Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:
Marinade:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Kabobs:
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 5 small onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Skewers
Instructions:
- Make the marinade, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, oil and black pepper.
- Add 1/4 cup of the marinade into a jar, seal and set aside.
- Add the chicken, bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the bowl with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook, preheat the grill on high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Drain the marinade from the chicken and vegetables. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers.
- Place the kabobs on the grill turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade until nicely browned on all sides (about 12 to 15 minutes).
- Serve hot and enjoy!
